Nature, craftsmanship and the materials of the cavity are our greatest inspiration in everything we do. We manufacture handmade furniture ourselves and we work with the most experienced craftsmen in the industry. To convey, to create an expression and to create. We are passionate about this subject, because we know what we can do and because we love what we do.

We are craftsmen, Danish design and classic furniture is our passion. We are proud of our education, over 25 years of experience and tradition. We manufacture furniture ourselves in Vostrup close to Ringkøbing Fjord and the nature area Skjern Enge. Great attention to every detail, genuine craftsmanship and quality materials are the secret behind our furniture. We use traditional techniques to give furniture its very own soul and character.

.Model SK 2019 was created in collaboration with our "master" - Svend Skipper. We were inspired for this model by Svend Skipper. That's why we call this armchair - model SK 2019. We got a lot of valuable advice and tips. We are really grateful, thank you very much Svend!

Sustainability is the starting point for all our new projects. Right from the first ideas to the final product.
We love Danish and Italian design, and we think that it is a perfect combination. We wanted to add a bit of excitement to the raw and minimalist Scandinavian style. That's how the idea for a "SKOVLUND" coffee table project came about.

"SKOVLUND" design is inspired by Scandinavian minimalism with care for details. Natural materials (solid walnut wood) combined with details such as a red border, white lacquered metal bone make the table unique despite its simplicity.

We do not like mass produced furniture of poor quality. Therefore, you will find only furniture that is manufactured according to the finest principles of good craftsmanship and in the best quality materials.

We have received an honorary award for the "Skovlund" coffee table project at 3rd European Product Design Awards in the "Home Interior - Products Interior Furniture" category.

The company Skaven Denmark / Retro Gallery has been the only Danish company to receive an award this year The European Product Design Award 2019. Honorable mention was awarded to the coffee table "Skovlund" designed by Rafal Dziurka. The coffee table is made of solid walnut wood combined with a red border and white lacquered metal legs ... "
